Resolute Mining Limited (“Resolute”) (ASX/LSE: RSG) and Nimba Mining Gold S.A. (“NMG”), an affiliate of the Guinean state-owned mining group Nimba Mining Company S.A. (“NMC”), jointly signed the articles of association of Landaya Gold SAS (“Landaya”, meaning “trust” in one of the local languages), their joint venture which will take forward the development of gold projects in the Republic of Guinea.
